My friend who married a vietnamese woman 5 months ago. Now he have just come back Canada for 2 weeks. He want to sponsor his wife... and he fill out the form following the instruction of Lao Legal Serice. I looked at it the forms and I remembered someone here in this forum said that is not right form.
Here..the details.

He married with Lao woman in 1985 and has a daughter in 1988 then he divorce in 1993

He married with Canadian woman in 1996 and divorced in 2010. he had another 12 year old girl daughter with Candian wife.

He went to vietnam for travelling with some vietnamese friends and make friend with a local woman and he married her in this year, but she has a dependent son 19 years.
Could he sponsor her and her 19 years old son with his income 32 thousand per year while he had 2 daughters with his previous ex-wifes
Which forms of evaluation he has to use to evaluate his income ? and his dependent childs?
SPONSORSHIP EVALUATION OR FINANCIAL EVALUATION ...?

He can sponsor his wife and stepson even if he doesn't make a lot of money. Sponsorship of spouses and dependent children is exempt from income requirements.

The stepson can be sponsored as long as he is under 22 when they apply and stays single until he gets his PR, that is he can not get married or enter into a common law relationship before that.

He should use the forms found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp for an outland application. He should use the checklist that is visibile on that page in order to make sure he has all the forms required. He should still give tax information and other information they want. He should also note on that page, if you scroll down, there are special instructions also for extra documents required by the visa office where his wife lives so he should go through that checklist too. It also contains their instructions for medicals.

All the forms from him and from her need to be filled out and signed. She can mail her documents to him. Once they have the full sponsorship package completed, they should send it to Mississauga.
