hi,

so my spouse will be in Canada shortly..

is it possible to change visa office for pr passport stamping?

like from new delhi visa office to visa office inside Canada?

has anyone done this? is this possible?

Did she get her PPR? When she does get it, you can just send the passport to Ottawa instead. You actually have to because you aren't supposed to mail passports overseas. Make sure you change her mailing address.

Possible and i have done that. Just send them an email, requesting for VO change during PPR stage. Indian passport holders cannot send passport outside the country of residence or country of citizenship. Some of the posters have done that without issues, but if the passport gets caught or gets lost, it would be pain to deal with the situation.
