Can you apply for the Ontario international student stream if your job/job offer is currently work from home?

For the OINP international student stream, it says the job offer must be based in Ontario. What about if the work is remote/work from home for now given the pandemic? But it is an Ontario-based business that will be back in the office once the province is completely opened up?

And in general, does it need to be an office-based job? What if it's remote but is full-time, permanent and based in Ontario?
