I submitted my Express Entry profile in late November and received an invitation from Alberta in mid-December. I didn't accept at the time because my lawyer told me my CEC/FSW ITA would be arriving sometime soon. Now, it looks like those draws aren't coming anytime soon so can I apply for Alberta Provincial Program again? My work permit expires in less than four months - please advise if I can get a nomination by then.
