Can you access ECAS recently?

I'm from China and my file may have been sent to Hong Kong.

I just access ECAS today, no issue at all.

Still no results, but I could see 5 lines one month ago.
It's quite strange.

What credentials do you use to access ECAS?

Same thing...
As an identification type I used my UCI (Unique Client Identifier) and my Case Number. None for both.

Only EE 2015 applicants don't have access to ECAS.
All other applicants can still access.
Since you applied last year, you still have access to ECAS.
