Can WES speed up the delivery of my electronic ECA

Hey Everyone,
If email WES asking them to send me the electronic ECA repport ahead of the time shown on my WES account.
Can I expect them to deliver or will I just be wasting my time and theirs?
A friend of mine who studied with me at the same classe did he's ECa and got a matser's degree. Can I create my EE profile and suggest i have a master's degree eventhough i still didn't get the ECA?
I am in a little rush that why i wanna speed up this journey
