CAN WE USE UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPT IN PLACE OF CERTIFICATES?

Please can we use our university official transcript in a sealed envelope in place of the certifcate if the original certificate is not ready from the school?

I just wanted clarifications on this urgent matter.

Can we use marksheet instead of Transcript, As in trhe rule section, they said to send transcript by a sealed university envelop. But i dont have trascript. I have markshets pnly. Pls. suggest
