Can we use the visitor visa’s medical test for PR

I received ITA under CEC category. I’m living in Canada along with my wife. My wife is 6 months pregnant so unable to take X Ray. But She has taken medical test 10 months before when she has applied for visitor visa. I don’t want my PR application to be on hold because of X Ray pending. Can I proceed with my PR application with my wife’s visitor visa’s medical exam result?

Probably no.

How long your medical results are good for

Your medical exam results are valid for 12 months only. If you don’t come to Canada as a permanent resident within that time, you may need to have another exam.
