Can we track our App before AOR?

As subject says, is there any wat to track your application before getting AOR,? i have applied on 18th June online outland but no update yet? i was thinking to call them and ask about my application.

Paper applications are somewhat easy to track, if a courier was used (delivery confirmation), but AFAIK, no way to track online applications. If you call, good luck reaching a human. It happens sometimes, but more often than not...it's a waste of time.

From personal experience, there is a delay in when the data flows in to different CIC systems.
For example, I was able to track and link my application 2 days prior to an official AOR. But one thing to keep in mind is, follow the current timeline pattern around your date (received by IRCC). You will be in the same queue as others sharing the similar timeline.
