Can we submit Passport in another country embassy ?

Hi,

I applied PR through PNP nomination program (Inland paper based application), I have done my medicals passed and waiting for Final Decision but still Background checks are inprogress.
If i go to home country for visit for few months ( as i am on maternity vacation). If i get Passport Request, is it possible to send passport to Delhi (India embassy) or should only need to submit to Canada Embassy only ?

Please let me know as early as possible. Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to delay the passport request to more than 30 days ?

My wife is the PA and she wants to visit india for more than 6 months as she is having Maternity vacation. after 2 months i want to visit india for 2 weeks. Currently i have visa and if at all i get a PPR request meanwhile before visiting india, i will be in trouble as i will be landing first. So Can i postpone my passport submission till i comes back to canada ??

You can request this but it is not guaranteed.

U can do this and they will send u confirmation to submit passport in delhi or chandigarh
