can anybody tell me ,can wife and husband submit Canada immigration application at same time in different province
actualy i want submit my application for Quebec immigration and my husband want to submit in Nova Scotia is this possible to refer each other in our application??? plz guide me it is possible?

To gain points for heading Stay and Family in Quebec for Quebec immigration it is necessary that family reside in Quebec or can be reside in Canada Toronto ,I Read on net now 2014 policy for Quebec immigration include that your family can be reside in Canada anywhere is it right?
& What is Adaptability factor to gain points?
