Can we show FD's and liquid money instead of Loan for getting Visa??

Hi Guyz,

Can we show FD's and liquid money instead of Loan for getting Visa??
I need this info for my friend, he has got admission in SAIT and is from India.

It is under General Category and course is Diploma in Petroleum Engineering.
SAIT does not come under SPP.

loan is not mandatory for this case& liquid cash,fathers ITR,etc can be shown

yeah you can show F.D's and liquid money for visa but it is highly recommended to take loan ......If you are asking for jan intake then wait a little ,rules are going to change in some days.

Is it always compulsory to show the amount or FD on applicants name? or one can get a stamped copy that declares that parents are going to fund for studies? a bit confuse

ofcourse parents can show F.D's if they are sponsoring, all your first blood relation' family members can show they liquid money.

What about after marriage relationship. Do they consider in law's FD's and all ?
