Can We send a request message to the Canadain Officer in Riyadh ?

Hi guys
Again my son's visa rejected for the following reasons
1-purpose of visit
2-when you leave Canada
3-R220 .1(1)(b)-must actively pursue studies

In his appliction everything is complete and clear date also ,but we wonder why he refused his visa. So we want to send a requst message to the officer asking him to give my son the chance to complete his studying .
Can we ?
Kindly may you help me in this request ?

Can you share your son's profile ?
Did you fill up the application yourself or someone else did it ?

Regarding your question, once the VO refuse the application, then everything related to the application is closed, so I doubt if they'll answer any question.

Thanks for your replay,It seems something related to the confirmation enrollment so we contact the university .We are waiting for their answer.
