Can we Reapply Under SPP category after an year

Dear Akash/Navprateek,

Can you guys please lemme know that SDS program for Canada student Visa is launched in INDIA or not?

My agent is informing that he would put my file under SDS... and it is same like SPP, one semester fee and one year GIC need to be deposited prior obtaining VISA.

Although, I had a rejection from Canada under SPP but still insisting me to file under SDS as there is no General or SPP category exists now.

Please friends help me.
