Hi

If we do not receive the PR cards on our first visit (that spans one month as had to come back due to the contract jobs), can we re-enter Toronto on our exisiting immigrant visas stamped on our passports before their expiry dates? Or do we still need the Travel documents to re-enter Toronto even if our Immigrant Visas are valid (dates not expired)?

Please advise me as I really need that.

The immigrant visa is a one entry visa, that means you can't use it to re-enter even if it still did not expire, you can check the number of enteries on your visa to confirm.

Sihs :)

Right, PR visa is only valid one time. If you are visa exempt to Canada, you can travel on your passport and landing papers until you get the PR card but if you are not visa exempt, you will need a PR travel document.
