Can we mail directly our Sealed Transcripts & IELTS Report to CIC Buffalo Off?

Can we mail directly/separately our Sealed Transcripts & IELTS Report to CIC?

I mean Can we request the IELTS ORG to send the report to the CIC Buffalo office address ?

Similarly Request our Official Transcript and University mail it directly to CIC address?

Has anybody done like that or not?

Normally official sealed transcripts are sent along with your application. IELTS score can be sent directly to cic buffalo office. I do not know the department code the CIC buffalo office. You can also send IELTS report along with your application.

Important do not forget to fill N/A to the fields in forms which are not applicable to you. Do not leave any field empty on the forms otherwise they would send your application packet back. If you are sending to Buffalo and your are on a visa here then you must send them your visa document such as I-20 (If your are a student) or H1B approval document along with your stamped visa on your passport.
