What should be the move that we should do, or people that i should contact? Cause as i know,if i don’t have valid work permit i shouldn’t stay in Canada,but the question is i’ve been charged with criminal offense, and our PR application is on process, and i have my wife and son with me in Canada, Can we leave Canada without any question? Im afraid the trauma that my wife and specially my son can cause to them, and im the Principal sponsor too, Is the CBSA will questioning us? Or do we need legal paper to leave?or are they going to allowed as leave Canada?
Can we leave Canada if i have pending Criminal Charges and have expire work permit?

It would depend on the nature of the criminal offense. I would strongly recommend that you do a consult with a criminal lawyer before you take any action to leave Canada. You need professional advice.

You should really hire an immigration lawyer in that case.
