Hello everyone..
Can someone tell me that if i got visa on the basis of one university and then also got admission in other university and wants to join that other university.. Is it possible?? Will it create any problem at port of entry?? Please guide me about this issue

I think yes. You can easily switch University if Course level remains same. Means UG to UG or PG to PG or even UG to PG.
No need to declare about your switching at the POE and even to CIC. You are not bound to tell anyone about it.
