Can we go outside canada after submitting application

plz help me..

my question is can we go outside canada after submitting citizenship application...
would it affect the application process time...
should i notify cic before going outside canada...

shouldn't be an issue as long as its temporary (not permanent). No need to notify them unless you miss a test date or something.
Make sure someone can check your mail for any letter from CIC in your absence and keep checking status online too after acknowledgement.

u can . i went 50 days . they dont care when u go out if your eligible for citzenship already . u just need to follow up the status of application and be on time for test and oath in canada

We sent our application early March, received AOR, and then went on vacation for 3 weeks. Meanwhile application status changed to In Process when we were away, and got test invite same week as we returned.

No problem on application process at all for us!
