I’m from the Philippines.

If it is dependent on country of origin, wouldn’t it be discriminatory? Why would Canada restrict entry date based on country?
Told you already about rumour mongers working non-stop here. I heard from someone is the best proof ;)

I hate discrimination, mate. I decided to study in Canada because it is multicultural. So if Canada would discriminate and restrict entry date based on country of origin, that would not be right in my opinion...

But I don’t think that Canada discriminate because at the airport alone, I saw and interacted with different races. And they were all very nice!

with due respect, i also don't believe such rumours. But i am afraid of its consequences. So its my duty to warn other people. Other than that do whatever you feel like. I am noone to stop you from going anywhere. Its your choice and if you can clarify and have money to bear expenses. Then go ahead, other opinion doesn't matter if its not given on official site or anywhere. Have a happy and safe journey mate. Best of luck for your future

With respect but where does it say it is from an official government source in that photo and even contradicts the official IRCC guidance about requiring a POE letter when arriving in Canada.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...tudy-canada/study-permit/prepare-arrival.html

As you already said is up to the individual to make their own decisions and in any case it is CBSA who determine whether anyone can enter the country not an embassy or consulate . All anyone can do is be prepared with the correct documentation and be convincing that they are financially able to support themselves . Ultimately common sense should prevail and lest anyone also forgets this is a public forum so any advice on here should of course only be read as personal opinions not official guidance.
