But for Idp, you can show them proof of your fsw application to get a duplicate TRF

Usually you just get one and if you want another one - you need to pay for it.
You can ask them to purchase a copy of your old result and it should be fine because I did it.

It's not easy, I tried to get a duplicate of IELTS because I thought BIQ lost my documents and I was starting to gather new documentation for a new file, I contacted British council and they told me to file a form and pay like $45 to get a duplicate however they do not send it to you directly they only send them to BIQ o CIC directly. I explained them that even in the website of CIC and BIQ it says that I have to send the exam with all the documentation and they don't accept the centers to send the exam results separately to them and they refused, the said that is a policy for them to sent duplicates only to institutions not individuals, it's stupid I know. Thank god my documents were not lost But I was not able to get a duplicate. Good luck with that I hope it works better for you.
