No.

You can only claim for below:

Relatives in Canada
You, or, if it applies, your spouse or common-law partner, have a relative, either a

parent,
grandparent,
child,
grandchild,
child of a parent (sibling),
child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle), or
grandchild of a parent (niece or nephew), who is
living in Canada
18 years or older and
a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

I think in this case, if your wife is the first applicant, then you may claim points for a relative as her sister in Canada is her sibling.

Ho papajhones,

Do you have any link to get the clear idea.
That's true. Having a relative in Canada helps you get 5 points in FSW criteria to get 67 points but in no way increase your express entry score.

You'll get 5 points only if your wife's primary applicant

Not in EE?? And 5 points for fsw...still confuse:'(
it does not give you/raise your CRS points (ee profile)

but on the FSW six selection factors under ADAPTABILITY
it will give you 5 points even if you wife is not the principal.

she is your wife and you are legally married I assume

so you get 5 points out of the 100 FSW point system

hope this clears out the confusion

it is a non factor on CRS but

YES he will get 5 points even if wife is not the principal. stop confusing him lol

what is written on the CIC website is basicallly self explanatory

they are legally married. his wife has a sister in canada, so yes they can claim 5 points on the FSW six selection factors Grid.
