we cant secure passport for the dependent and illegitimate child of my husband though the child is not accompanying us to Canada, can we be able to have the medical without her passport? waiting for reply please.. thanks! God Bless..

as long as you have your own passport or even photocopy of it you can.

how about the dependent child of my husband who need to have her medical exam, she doesnt have her passport.. she's not accompanying us to Canada but the canadian embassy requires her to do so..

Well, as far as I know theres no need to present her passport because the child wont be going with you in Canada...

You can discuss your situation with the DMP where you will have the medicals done. Usually they just require the passport for identification purposes. Since the child will not be going with you to Canada, may be she can just present another proof of identification - like a school ID, copy of birth certificate, etc.
