can we apply Bowp and dependent workpermit at same time

Iam the principal applicant and my wife is on visitor visa.
So can we both apply BOWP AND OWP at same time.
Or else first i should apply for Bowp and then using this should i appy for my wife.
Any useful information about BOWP application is appreciated

In the Questionnaire, there is a section to the effect: "Do you want to add..." and you will indicate Yes to this.

I also want to apply for OWP for my spouse who is currently on visitor visa

I thinking to apply online for both of us at same time.
