and appealing is nothing but applying again in general and U have to submit all those documents etc with visa fee again.
I got rejected under SPP and I again applied under general on 9th aug
and I m sure I will get my visa approved this time
reason for rejection under SPP is:
1. proposed study makes no sense.
2. will not leave canada after study.
