Can visitor status apply BOWP after got AOR

If you never had an open work permit then you definitely cannot apply for BOWP (Brdiging open work permit). Not to mention, even having open work permit, BOWP has to be applied before work permit expires.

Thanks for reply. I am holding an open work permit now. It'll be expired on June 30,2016. I have 478 points. I know later this year I have a great chance to receive the ITA. The problem is. If I don't get one before June 30,2016. I will lose the qualifications to apply a BOWP as my work permit expired already when the draw happens in July even if I. Could get ITA by that draw .
