BVL = biometric validity letter it is sent before /refusal letter or passport request.

as long as you have a valid USA visa, your application will be considered under CAN+. Positive or negative outcome does not depend on CAN+ category , it is just that it is expedited processing. usually, in most cases, it is a positive result.

nope. 161 days is the processing time from germany. after that i can raise the webform.Did you raise any web form
infact my travel dates have already passed. now i have a free slot in december to visit canada therefore i am not in a hurry.
