will be sent to the visa office for expedited processing. But will the visa office process them immediately?
Ok tell me
where do you mark your application as CAN+? Is there any special field on the application form to say "This is a CAN+ application"
what is the difference in CAN+ and non-CAN+ applications? in terms of processing and outcome?
Let me answer you now
where do you mark your application as CAN+? Is there any special field on the application form to say "This is a CAN+ application"
You do not mark it as CAN+. You just input if you have a USA visa or Previous CAnadaian visa and SYSTEM mark it as CAN+
what is the difference in CAN+ and non-CAN+ applications? in terms of processing and outcome?
In practice, ZERO difference. I have personally applied twice and my application was CAN+, there is no difference in PROCESSING TIME and OUTCOME between my CAN+ application and a casual non-CAN+ application. Both took same time and same outcomes.
In conclusion, The CAN+ is a dead scheme and Visa offices are not honoring any CAN+ application in their regular practice!
The visa offices are processing the files according to their workload not according to CAN+ vs non-CAN+ files.
This is what happening on the ground, so this is the practice. Peace!
