I know this is quite off-topic but I dont know where can I get details other than this forum. I'm on BOWP, I heard I cannot incorporate myself, in this case I would like to know whether I can use my friend's Incorporation for contract job opportunities. My friend is a PR.

Can anyone please give me more details on this. I am on BOWP, but work as full time employee . and my wife also has one ( dependent) and she opened a Inc. a while ago and works as contractor.
Is this a problem?
