Yes, if he/she is accompanying dependent. You may also need to upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) signed by him/her along with the PoF letter. Good luck!

I am looking for the same answer. Can I use my husbands ( secondary applicant) statement with NOC just? Is it mandatory to upload my statements too? I am unemployed from may 2022 and dont have funds
