Can the PR application be rejected twice for different reason?

Hi, I have applied for the PR and have been rejected for claiming work experience while I was in University. The reason give was the following: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited you to apply for permanent resident status based on the qualifications you claimed in your Express Entry profile. In your Express Entry profile you indicated Canadian work experience at XXX however you were a full time student from 2013/08 to 2017/06 therefore that time is not eligible to be used for Canadian employment.

I have resubmitted the profile with the removal of the work experience I had in university. I have the same amount of points which it seems ridiculous to have to resubmit the application because it does not affect the points, as they claimed.

I am now afraid they can refuse again for a different reason. Would they point out all the reasons for the rejection in one rejection letter or can they refuse it once again for a different reason? Let me point out all the information is still the same, I just removed the work experience for which they claimed to have refused my application.

Thank you so very much for your help.

depends on what stage. if its at the completeness check which is done approx one month after submission then it can be rejected later on during eligibility check for another reason. but if its during eligibility check then it probably is only this one reason.
