Do you know if the cancellation of sponsorship of Canadian spouse which was made out of haste and misunderstanding with spouse can be revoked? For example, the sponsor spouse stated in his cancellation that the relationship broke up but later on after more than 2 months, the couple reconciled and realized that things just happened due to miscommunication or misunderstanding and the couple restored the relationship. If the sponsor spouse is now willing to correct his action by revoking his cancellation as a result of cancellation(which was made in haste at that time), is it possible? Could the Immigration honor it or we have to file another application? By the way, since the PR is still in process right now, the results, whether the application for PR of the sponsored spouse is approved or not, has not yet been released. The application is being processed outland. Do you also have any inputs or advice regarding this situation?
