Can Spouse come and stay in Canada on TRV till they get PR?

We applied for Family Class Sponsorship last month. My question is whether my spouse and child can come and stay with me after some time (possibly in Sep or Oct) and stay till they receive PR?

They have TRV.

If they have TRVs, they can come to "visit" for as long as they can get visa extensions. They cannot "move" to Canada until they have PR status.

If you are required to do an interview it will take take place in their home country. You will not be able to do it in Canada so they will have to go back for that.

Also you are required to notify cic of any travels or address change so you will be notify them that your spouse is in Canada
