Can someone with a PR from express entry (Ontario) go work in Montreal?

I am about to have the PR through the express entry in Ontario, if I have a job offer in Montreal, can I just move there?

Do I need the csq?

You can just move to Montreal. You don't need a CSQ.

as far as i know you cannot work there unless you have a CSQ, make sure before taking the move.
