But why is the English so bad? I can't understand an official communication from an embassy/high commission being anything less than correct, even if it's not perfect.

For example :-

Your medical report verification process now completed by a CIC penal physician

= Prison Doctor?

As per ACS Appointment Conformation we intimate to you in finalizing your Endorsement Visa stamping and Baiometrical Process

"to intimate" is "to imply or hint".
As for

Residual your ACS appointment confirmation

That is why I recommend going to VO and see what is going on. If it is fake, you would know and if not you have your visa...its simple. Sitting here on the forum and waiting for some miracle to happen is just a waste of time. It is better than regreting later when the date mentioned on the date is passed.

Again, if the information provided on the letter is correct, I highly doubt it to be fake.

I think I see what is happening now. (Thank You Google). It's a bit confusing as it may be India specific.

There seems to be a "front company" that acts as an agent of the CHC and these messages are not directly from the CHC but from the agent company. This could explain the terrible english and why the OP is being asked to go to different addresses.

My "scam radar" has settled back to normal levels again.

To the OP, go and get your Visa. Good luck!

Seems that this practice is used in many places. I also note that it is optional whether you make use of them or not. It is up to the applicant to decide.

You may find this useful.

Yes. I agree. Absolutely possible to fake emails. But you can "TRACE" the email to its origin by following the steps below.

To check whether the mail is genuine or not, open the mail, click on "Show Full Headers" (this is in the case of REDIFFMAIL. Other Email Engines may have similar wordings) - see example below from REDIFFMAIL.

Inbox : Read Mail [ Back to Inbox ]
Printable Format | Show full Headers

Upon clicking on the "Show Full Headers", the email path is displayed. In the path, the IP Address of the PC from where the mail has originated will also be captured (eg. 122.173.55.110). (Note : In this example,, IP Address 122 is for New Delhi, India).

Now, paste this IP Address in Site http://www.iplocation.net/index.php. This will return the City from where the mail originated.

You GOT YOUR ANSWER!

Hi.

A while ago, I received such an email (given below).
I am panicking here with regard to the same.
Has anyone ever received or heard of anyone else getting such an email? Can anyone please explain it to me? I checked up with hospital at which my son and I completed our medicals. They have confirmed that there were no issues with either of our medicals. The following email was received by me addressing to my son's medical.

Please help with some clarification at the earliest.

Further medical information is required before a decision can be reached. Details have been sent to your eMedical file regarding the medical information required. Please return to see the Panel Physician who performed your immigration medical examination or to another eMedical enabled Panel Physician. I got an email from the email ID: DELHI-MEDICAL@international.gc.ca informing me that my son's medical requires more tests to be completed. I cross-eyed with hr hospital and they confirmed that they haven't received any such intimation and both my son's and my medicals were perfect and uploaded already.
