I am planning on visiting my boyfriend in Canada this summer and I need to apply for visitor visa. I study in European Union but I am not a citizen. I just have a temporary study permit in EU. I have a long travelling history and had residence permits in a couple of countries i habe never Bern rejected a visa. But on the other hand, I don't have any property in EU and any relatives so I potentially look like an immigrant. Has anyone any related experience ? Do you think it is worth applying for a visa?

You need to show significant ties to either your current residence or home country. If you will be continuing to study in Europe when you return from Canada that will be useful along with anything else showing your intention to return home. The visa officer has to be satisfied that you will not overstay when you visit Canada.
