Can someone please help me with IMM 1411 form?

Hi,

I sponsored my in-laws and now they are required to submit IMM 1411 form. I don't know whether this form must be completed by only the principle applicant or by everyone being sponsored.

There is no guide with the letter. They only stated the following line in the letter:

The enclosed family tree form fully and accurately completed.

Yes, there is a guide, it is in the application kit.

After the undertaking to sponsor is approved by the immigration authorities, the visa post sends an application kit for the "family class" applicant. The kit contains an Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (IMM 8 ), a family tree (IMM 1411) and the client guide and local forms or instructions added by the visa office. Sometimes, medical instructions are also sent out at that time. Every applicant 18 years of age or older listed in the undertaking must complete an application form. This includes spouses of the applicant, who are not exempt from this requirement.

I would call CIC or e-mail and ask them to send the guide as it APPARENTLY comes with the whole package.

We emailed the visa office in Islamabad a week ago and haven't received any response yet and we have to submit the additional forms within 45 days.

According to you IMM 1411 should be completed by every applicant 18 years of age or older but we got only 1 copy of the form and we are 4 people. So should I make photocopies and submit it for every applicant?

Can someone please email me the guide/instructions for IMM 1411 at a_l_m50@hotmail.com?

Okay, it says applicant, so if there are 4 applicants, then yes, photo copy and have each do one.
