Okay, I need some clarification here, is your education here just a 1 yr certificate from college, or is there more to it?

Okay, so since the form will include options in Canadian equivalents, my suggestion to you is:

* See if the form has a 'Canadian post graduate certificate or equivalent' option. If it does, select that, that seems to apply the most to you.
* If the options available are 'Bachelors or equivalent,' 'Two bachelors or equivalent,' 'Masters of equivalent,' and so on, with no option that may correspond to a PgC, it's probably for the best to just select the Bachelor's degree option.

Hopefully that helped! :)

When You say that I can choose more than 2 as an option. Doesnt that option mean like two Certificates/ or two diploma / Two Degrees or Certificate+degree or Certificate+diploma or diploma+Degree

My understanding is that it is if u have 1 degree + 1 diploma and one of them is 3 years at least, then u can choose it. It doesnot have to be two of the same type ..

That's correct.

Bachelor Degree Level for ECA.
2 or more for Canadian education.
