i did my bachelors in chemistry from delhi university.
i have gone through different colleges but there is no field related to chemistry in them.
i m thinking of doing international business pg diploma course.

hey bro i think project management is a good option because it is related to technical field.
Everyone related to engineering field can do this course.
chemical engineers are frequently assessed based on their abilities to completely solve an industrial plant problem.

i have shortlisted three programs for 2 year pg diploma course. the programs are:

1. biotechnology from humbar or seneca@york college
2. chemistry laboratory technician from seneca
3. global business management from humbar

can anyone suggest me what will be the best option for future job prospects?

hey dude biotechnology and chemistry lab technician programs are not post graduation diplomas.(google it)
and if you pot these courses your chances of rejection are more. so only option left is global business management.
