Can someone help me interpret my GCMS note? plz, its very urgent....

I got my GCMS today, the entire 32 pages is just like an alien language, however, under my Assessment ( the only part I understood) it shows as follows:
Criminality: Passed - BIO
Eligibility: Blank
Medical : Blank
Security: Blank
Misrep: Blank
Org crime: Blank
Info sharing : Complete
Final : blank
Counterfoil req: Y
HIRV: blank
Other req - Blank

Now what does this actually mean? why is everything blank? What criminal passed BIO mean? and counterfoil req Y?

BIO is biometrics i'm pretty sure.
Its blank because nobody has looked at it yet.

Counterfoil req means you're not from a visa exempt country.

It basically looks like most of the processing hasn't started yet.

Did you apply from India because processing is long?

Now processing from everywhere is long. Not just India. The average time we all get on the site does not make any sense.

However, there are some pages redacted in my notes, according to section 16(2)(c). Not sure what this means.
Applied for notes in March, 2021 and received them in April, 2021.
My application is over 15 months old now.

Mine to is 15 months no update at all.
Ordered GCMS note last year.
Applied from Nigeria.
But I believe it's mostly LMIA WP that is delayed and once open boarders processing should start.
