What does this section in EE under Canadian education mean:

• you must not have studied under an award that required you to return to your home country after graduation to apply your skills and knowledge

It sounds silly, but don’t all educational institutions before enrollment ask from you to return to your home country after graduation? Or does this mean that upon graduation person has to stay in Canada for some time to do practical work and then return back?

Certain full scholarships from certain countries (usually government funded) don’t allow for Canadian education to be counted towards EE.
