You can easily do something. If you want to return to Canada by commercial carrier, you need to apply for a PRTD. Otherwise, you can cross the land border in a private vehicle or on foot without a PR card or PRTD. Once in Canada, you can apply for a replacement PR card.
Really? I'm no US citizen and US PR, can I drive my car through Buffalo to Canada without PR card and PRTD?

The conditional PR has been cancelled for everyone, including people who got their PR as a conditional PR. So she cannot cancel your PR simply by telling CIC that you have broken up. She could tell them that you committed fraud by using a marriage of convenience to come to Canada, but CIC would not immediately cancel your PR because of that. They probably would do nothing; if she has proof, they might investigate, but it would take quite a long time. Usually they do nothing because 1. they know people get angry and make things up when there is a marriage breakdown, and 2. they are understaffed, so cannot investigate every case.

Our marriage is absolutely TRUE, the thing cause our relationship broken is my work not such good, so I guess she could not lie to CIC.
Also thank you very much lady!

Thanks , i am preparing my PRTD application , but i still worry if my wife ever complain to CIC ,then what will happen , but i never receive any inquiry regarding my Conditional PR , i just receive one email form CIC in June 2017 please see below

Elimination of Conditional Permanent Residence
This message refers to the elimination of Conditional Permanent Residence. Previously, persons who were subject to the condition were required to live with their spouse or partner for a period of two years after they became a permanent resident, as stated on their Confirmation of Permanent Residence document. Accompanying dependent children or those who may have been sponsored by persons under the condition were also subject to a conditional permanent residence.

On April 18, 2017 the Government of Canada cancelled Conditional Permanent Residence. This means that conditional permanent residence no longer applies toanyone.

This is only for information and no action is required. Additional information on the elimination of Conditional Permanent Residence can be found on our website.

Thank you,

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

Tell them the truth. Lots of people land and return to their home country to clear up final business. You still have 4 years to meet RO, so a PRTD should not be an issue.

Thanks for your reply my one more question ,How about the conditional PR , bcos when i returned back in 21 jan 2017 i was still at conditional PR after three month i want to return but my wife refuse to send me PR card and our 2nd daughter born on may 2017 , you can understand how i feel that i didnt meet my 2nd daughter but now days some time my wife let me talk with my both daughaters on video call , so i took some screen shot and also attach with my PRTD application , i was trying to convence her but she told me if i want to come back to canada i should come by my self .so i decided rather then keep waiting more time to convence her its batter to apply for PRTD , you think i did right ?

Condition 51 no longer applies to spousal PR's. Just apply for the PRTD. Don't bother including pictures of your kids, they won't make any difference.
