Can somebody explain

I just passed the interview last March 6 and the interviewer told me to wait for my medical request 4-8 weeks. Yesterday I recieved my CAIPS report and stated there that the BFD (Bring forward Date) is June 4, 2006. And at present time no selection decision has been made. What does all this mean? What they will do on BFD? Does this mean another assessment?

I have couriered my file on 16 oct 2014 which was received on 22 oct 2014 as per courior company but still no revert from CIC. Can somebody help how long should i expect to receive PER mail from CIC, if anyone been through this stage so share their experience. Cheers
