Can SNIP EOI applicant work in SASKATCHEWAN?

I'm on an employer specific work permit in Ontario. I recently submitted my EOI in SNIP.
Can I get my work permit conditions changed to work in SASKATCHEWAN, though I don't have any job offer from Saskatchewan employer yet.
Is it possible for SNIP EOI applicant living in Canada to change his/her closed work permit to open work?

No you cannot change work permit conditions to Sask, if your employer isn’t in the province. Why? No you cannot change to open work permit by just applying. Have you been nominated? If not, what is your SINP score?

You need to secure a job offer in Saskatchewan, that employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA, and then you need to apply for a new closed work permit tied to that employer.

No. What is your NOC and SINP score? You need to either wait for a SINP draw and hope your NOC/SINP score is drawn or find an employer in Saskatchewan. To do so you need an offer for a permanent, full-time job in Saskatchewan and then the employer gets a valid SINP Job Approval Letter from the government. You wait for a nomination and then apply for PR.

Have you even read through the requirements? It is not an EE program. You need at least one year of experience in the NOC you get the job offer in?

I have 9 years of experience in NOC mentioned.
Now if I get a job offer from Saskatchewan in any other NOC will that be considered and included in my EOI or job offer too has to be in that NOC?

No. Did you read the requirements with a job offer? You need at least a year of experience in the job offer’s NOC. so if the job offer isn’t 0821, then you need proven job experience in the NOC.

There is no specific list of jobs, but your offer must be in an occupation in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Matrix level "A", "B" or "O", or in a designated trade in Saskatchewan.

Does this mean that even if I don't have a job offer in my NOC 0821 but in any other NOC will still be considered and I would score additional 30 points for job offer?

• Have at least one-year work experience in the past 10 years (in your intended occupation).

The whole point is to find skilled workers with experience.
