My wife arrived in Canada as PR 2015 14 February

Now She is planning to go to back home for 8 months vacation

My question : when she will be rerun Canada after 8 months , in airport she will face any question or not.

Because she is spending more than six month outside Canada.

There is absolutely no problem spending more than 6 months outside regarding PR. The only problem would be with health insurance.

Health cards in Canada are based on continuing to live in the province. If you leave for too long, you can lose your health care and have to apply again.

In Saskatchewan, you have to spend at least 5 months a year in order to keep your health card in good standing, see https://www.ehealthsask.ca/residents/health-cards/Pages/Eligibility-for-Health-Benefits.aspx#sask-residents

However, they do allow longer trips under special circumstances, see https://www.ehealthsask.ca/residents/health-cards/Pages/Eligibility-for-Health-Benefits.aspx#temp-absence but she would have to apply for it before she leaves and let them know when she returns.
