i have full time job experience from MAy 2016 to MAy 2020, as dentist, now i am self employed( running my Own Clinic) , Am i eligible for Express Entry to get Canada PR?

Yes if your eligible and have enough CRS points. Look up Express Entry - Federal Skilled Worker program on the Immigration Canada website. You need language tests and educations assessments.
