No you can't renew your PR card if you don't meet requirements. You don't have a valid H&C reason, so most likely an attempt to renew would end in your PR status being revoked.

Also you may be reported next time trying to enter Canada, which would again cause your PR status to be revoked.

If you make it to Canada without being reported, then you must stay here 2 straight years without leaving even once, before you can even think about sponsoring your family. This means you may be separated from your family for 2 years without being able to see them.

When you landed in 2013, did your wife also get PR status at that time? Or you got married after becoming PR?

When i landed there i was already married and it indicated before i got my CSQ
So that means your wife did medical exam before you got PR, correct?

Anyways the answers above are the same. You first need to sneak back into Canada without your residency obligation being detected, stay here 2 straight years, and only then can you apply to renew PR card and sponsor your family.

If your family can't obtain TRVs to visit Canada, you will be separated from them more than 2 years.

I was on the brink of loosing minentoo and had to come and stay two years straight. You only have so much time before ur card expires so if ur wife is a Pr as well i suggest all of you come and land before your card expires

He's the only one in his family that has PR status. His wife and children are not PRs and need to be sponsored.

Wow Then she can only come in on visiting. I dont advice u to pay anyone money to fix anything as stated here or in another dorum. Canada is strict snd u might end up loosing both The PR and money.
