Can PNPs live and work outside their province of nomination?

I got nomination in Ontario, under international graduate student category; so I live in Ontario, but don't have a job offer.
My PR application is in process, I recently did my medicals.

Job market is really bad in Ontario currently. Can I live Ontario and move to, say Alberta permanently, before my PR application is finalized? Can I work there? I think, I will receive an OWP (actually, BOWP) that is only good for working in Ontario. So, that WP won't be good for out of Ontario working. I will need an employer to sponsor me, right? But, I am afraid, this may cost me my PR. :

I really appreciate your advice, specially if you are familiar with a similar situation.
