Okay, it might take a moment to understand my case.
- I studied in Canada for 1-year and right now I am working here with my PGWP. It will expire in July 2022.
- My wife (also from my home country) is studying here, currently, with her Study Permit. She will apply for PGWP in May 2022 when her program ends.
- We intend to apply for an SOWP based on her PGWP.
- Are open work permits a "once-in-a-lifetime permit" OR that statement is true just for PGWP?
- If I get SOWP before my PGWP expires, will there be any trouble as my PGWP and SOWP are overlapping?
- If I don't get SOWP and my PGWP expires. Can I still stay in Canada and work with the help of a birdging work permit or something else?
