I am employed fulltime June 2018- currently but I dont really like my job. I also have a part time job. Same NOC but two different job titles. Can I add both hours together and apply for pr or I have to wait until June to apply?

You can claim a maximum of 30 hours work/week no matter how many jobs you have at the same time. It takes 52 weeks of full time work (30 hours credit) or more in part time work, to reach a year of full-time work experience.
